- A client's business is not grossly socially incompatible
- A client or its business are in no way antisocial
- A client's business does not require certification that the client neither has nor is expected to acquire
- A client does not have multiple compliance violations with no prospect of improvement
- There is no outstanding information regarding money laundering
- The business (investments and loans) will not damage the trust of the DBJ's shareholders
