Survey on Planned Capital Spending for Fiscal Years 2002 and 2003

We research private firms' capital spending by questionnaire twice a year (February and August) and announce the survey data results according to the type of business. This survey (February 2003) covers both estimated capital spending in FY 2002 and planned FY 2003.
