Arrangement of Syndicate Loan with Towa Bank to Fund Construction of New Hospital by Medical Corporation Eiseikai Association
- Company Name
- Medical Corporation Eiseikai Association

Medical Corporation Eiseikai Association (headquarters: Hachioji, Tokyo; "Eiseikai") is a medical corporation that operates Eisei Hospital (548 beds) and Minami Tama Hospital (170 beds) as its core facilities. In the Minami Tama medical zone, the company also operates three additional hospitals, as well as clinics, senior health facilities, visiting nurse stations, home care support businesses, and a dementia group home. The company provides seamless medical and nursing care services to address the region's wide range of needs.
In April 2018, the corporation opened Minamino Hospital (205 beds), which specializes in chronic illness care. DBJ jointly arranged a syndicated loan with Towa Bank, Ltd., a regional financial institution, to fund the construction of this hospital.
The Minami Tama medical zone is likely to see a rise in medical and nursing care demand going forward as the population in the region grows older. Accordingly, we plan to contribute to the provision of quality medical care by supporting Eiseikai's provision of seamless care: from acute, recovery, and chronic care to home medical care.
