Regarding complaints and inquiries related to the operations of DBJ Group, we accept them not only through the staff members assigned to assist you but also at the Complaints Desk designated below.

This desk serves as a consultation point for issues related to the abuse of dominant positions prohibited by the "Act Concerning Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade", as well as for concerns regarding adverse human rights impact related to our business activities.

Complaints to the designated desk below are accepted not only by phone but also by fax or mail. However, if you make contact by fax or mail, please make sure to provide your contact information (including company name, contact person's name, and phone number). It is our policy to not accept anonymous complaints. The person in charge will contact you to listen to your specific concerns or complaints and have a dialogue with you.
