Development Bank of Japan Inc.(DBJ; President and Chief Executive Officer: Toru Hashimoto) conferred DBJ Green Building Certification(Plan)* to Logi Port Sagamihara, located in Chuo-ku, Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa,being jointly developed by LaSalle Investment Management Inc. (LaSalle; President and Chief Executive Officer: Yasuo Nakashima) and Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (Mitsubishi Estate; President and Representative Director: Hirotaka Sugiyama).

1. Overview of DBJ Green Building Certification

		The Green Building Certification system was developed by DBJ to assess buildings’ designs in terms of the demands of the present age. DBJ aims to promote buildings that exhibit environmental and social awareness, including aspects of tenant comfort, convenience, disaster-prevention and anticrime measures. DBJ also supports real estate owners’ activities to meet the social requirements of various stakeholders: tenants, asset managers and investors.

3. Features of the Assessment
