【DBJ Research No.427】Publication of Achieving Economic Efficiency in Power Systems through DR: Standardization and Automation for Leveraging Low-Voltage Resources
Development Bank of Japan Inc. ("DBJ") has issued a research report titled "Achieving Economic Efficiency in Power Systems through DR:Standardization and Automation for Leveraging Low-Voltage Resources".
Under the principle of S+3E (Safety and Energy security, Economic efficiency, and Environmental sustainability), addressing the challenges faced by the power system requires not only securing supply capacity on the generation side but also leveraging Demand Response (DR) as mentioned in No.420 Innovative Technologies Paving New Possibilities for the Power System.
In this article, we organize the role of DR in the power system and, we consider the standardization of equipment and the automation of processes as a strategy for utilizing low-voltage resources.
Details of the report can be found on the DBJ website "Research Reports". We encourage you to refer to it.
Applying its corporate philosophy--"Design the future with financial expertise: Continue to expand financial frontiers; Provide the best solutions for customers and society; Pursue sustainable development for Japan and the world"--DBJ will continue to create diverse financial solutions to actively support further development of the food and agriculture industries in Japan.
